How to Make Your Meetings More Effective

Manage this Monday

Too often, meetings fill our calendars without adding real value. They pull people away from productive work and leave everyone wondering, "Why am I here?" or “Could this have been an email?”

If your meetings constantly feel like a waste, people will start finding reasons not to show up — and you’ll lose momentum fast. Here is how to solve this issue:

  1. Come with an agenda.

    • Define key topics to stay focused.

  2. Start and End on Time

    • Respect everyone’s schedule

  3. Limit Attendees

    • Only include those that turley need to be there.

  4. Define Next Steps

    • Clearly state the next steps and assign who will be in charge of those responsibilities.

It’s time to run meetings with purpose. Now, let’s keep this going,  join the conversation , and share what challenges you face when trying to make your meetings more effective.
