Where there is a will, there is a way — and I love helping people find it! I am the founder of Paton Consulting and a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in business environments, developing teams, and leading projects. Since founding Paton Consulting, I have been dedicated to sharing my knowledge and providing practical guidance, tools, and support that help individuals and organizations achieve their goals.
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, a Master's Degree in Public Administration, and have been a Certified Project Management Professional since 2010. My social work degree has taught me how to be an active and engaged listener. My leadership and administration experience have provided me with the skills to deal with diverse, challenging business environments and people. Additionally, my expertise in project management has made me someone who gets things done without hurting anyone along the way!
In all of my work, I focus on providing practical, applicable, and realistic solutions that I have personally used and tested in the workplace. I am committed to delivering guidance, tools, and strategies that are usable and relatable, helping individuals and organizations move forward and accomplish meaningful work.
